What after-sale service do you offer?
Order visualization. We will build up a group including you and our engineer after placing order. Besides, you would get a link, which can see the whole procedure of production and installment.
-24 months warranty. We will offer free service and offer machine parts (Not include consumable parts and man-broken parts).
-24*7 hours online support. Our engineers will be always online, all of them could speak English fluently, if you have any questions, just let us know.
-Free training. We will offer instructions and videos together with the machine. You could check and learn. Besides, customers are welcomed to come to our factory to visit and learn.
-Engineers can go abroad to offer help. Customers just need to take care of tickets, food and accommodation. Training fees abroad is $150/day.
Do you have the machine in the US?
Yes. We have the machine in the US. One customer from Arkansas, US purchased four sets of fiber lasers, including 2 sets of tube lasers, and 2 sets of sheet lasers.
Last month, our engineer finished the machine installation and training.
How long to change to the consumable parts of laser head?
Protection Lens & Nozzle, normally change a new one every week.
Ceramic Ring, normally change a new one every 3 months.
