Bed sizes for the TF-Series models are based on 12m as standard, with 6m, 9m, 12m and 15m bed sizes available as options,the chucks’ model as shown on the right.

The front chuck can move forward≤1400mm for avoidance offside, effectively preventing the shake of long work-pieces, reducing cutting tailing, improving cutting precision, the minimum is only 35mm,and reducing costs;
Full-stroke pneumatic chucks
No need to replace chuck claws, improving production efficiency; the clamping force is twice as strong as that of ordinary chucks;
Rear blowing air to collect dust as standard
The air duct continuously blows high-speed airflow in the chuck, effectively removing debris and dust generated by cutting, preventing accumulation and improving cutting quality.

Bevel cutting on welded Tubes, no need secondary processing, reducing production costs, improving the utilisation rate of Tube and the yield of bevel cutting.
Static Cutting
The machine has a small Y-axis with a stroke of 300mm. When cutting heavy Tubes, the Tube does not move and the cutting head moves along the Tube, which can significantly reduce the fluctuation of heavy Tubes and improve cutting precision. It’s very friendly for dense hole cutting, cutting speed is significantly increased, the service life of the whole machine is effectively extended, and energy consumption is reduced.

Servo follow-up mechanism

Submerged loading, safer and more stable, 10 seconds fast loading, no need for manual intervention, saving labor costs and increasing production efficiency.
