Optimization of part design

I asked many companies about this special-shaped pipe. After seeing this, their first reaction was that they couldn't do it, especially at this position. The precision requirement of the size at this position is very strict. ACME's innovative processing can fully meet our high requirements. High precision

We attach great importance to the cutting size. Customers require it to be within 2mm, and ACME tube laser cutting machine can achieve ±1mm. Basically, once the program is programmed, the size from the beginning to the end will not change. When processing pipes, ACME's self-developed servo support will float up and down with the pipes at high speed, thus ensuring the stability and accuracy of the pipes.
